Megs was the aggressor in a four million long space war for the purpose of empire building. He was also pretty ruthless and violent until recently. His death toll (personally or through command) is literally astronomical. 2. Would you like Eve to notice? Sure! I imagine it'd be difficult not to. 3. If she notices, do you want her to say something about it to your character? What about other characters? That's fine. I don't suspect Meg's horrible war crimes will remain hidden for very long. 4. Additional comments you would like to add? N/A. His history isn't secret where he comes from, so there's really no issues with the information getting out.
